Nukki removes photo backgrounds so you can keep only the part you want.
Cut up to 10 photos at once. Keep your cutouts in one library. Arrange them into collage boards.
The background was not removed automatically. If no subject is detected, that photo moves to the “cut it yourself” row. Tap it and trace the subject with the lasso. Photos without a clear subject, such as landscapes or patterns, are harder to detect automatically.
Where are my cutouts saved? Cutouts are stored in the app library and also saved as transparent PNGs to a “Nukki” album in the Photos app. Saving to the album requires photo library access.
My transparent background turned white. Nukki saves and shares PNG files, which keep transparency. If the receiving app re-saves the image as JPEG, transparent areas may be filled with white or black.
If I delete a cutout from the library, does my board change? No. A piece placed on a board is a separate copy, so deleting or re-cutting the library version leaves your boards untouched.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere? No. Background removal and all other processing happen on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
