Effective Date: August 31, 2026
Thank you for using Nukki (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Nukki handles information when you use the app.
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information with our own servers.
Nukki does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your photos or app data.
Nukki requests access to your photo library so you can choose photos to cut out and so cutouts can be saved to a “Nukki” album.
Background removal is performed on your device using built-in iOS features. Your photos are not uploaded to us.
Photos and cutouts remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them through iOS features.
If iCloud sync is enabled, your boards and cutouts are stored in your own iCloud account using Apple’s private database.
This data is held by Apple’s iCloud service and is not accessible to us. Sync follows your device’s iCloud settings and can be turned off there.
Nukki does not include advertising SDKs and does not use analytics services that track your usage.
Boards, cutouts, and app settings are stored locally on your device, and in your own iCloud account when sync is enabled.
We do not maintain our own backend that stores your photos or app data.
Deleting the app removes the app data stored on your device.
Data stored in iCloud can be managed or removed in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.
Images saved to the Photos app can be deleted directly in the Photos app.
Nukki is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not operate a server that collects user data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
