PurpleMap stores your saved places, categories, dates, addresses, and attached photos locally on your device.
PurpleMap requests access to your location so you can tag your current location, view your position on the map, and improve location-based place results.
Your saved location tags are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your location history.
PurpleMap may request access to your camera or photo library so you can attach a photo to a saved location.
Photos you add to PurpleMap are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to us.
PurpleMap may use Apple system services for maps, location, and reverse geocoding. If place search is used, search queries and approximate location context may be sent to third-party place search providers such as Apple, Google, Kakao, or Naver, depending on the selected search provider and app configuration.
These third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies.
PurpleMap does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.
PurpleMap is not designed to collect personal information from children. Since we do not operate a server that collects user data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
