Thank you for using Days (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Days handles information when you use the app.
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information through our own servers.
Days does not require an account, and we do not operate a backend that receives your events, selected photos, or app activity.
Event titles, dates, repeat settings, colors, widget choices, and selected background images are stored on your device. The app and its widgets share this data through an Apple App Group container.
When iCloud is available for Days, your event data and selected background images may be synchronized between your devices using Apple’s CloudKit private database associated with your iCloud account.
If iCloud is unavailable, Days continues to use local storage. iCloud processing is provided by Apple and follows your device and Apple Account settings.
Days uses Apple’s system photo picker when you choose a background image. The app receives only the image you select; it does not request broad access to browse your photo library.
The selected image is resized and stored as part of the event data. It is not uploaded to our own servers.
Days does not include advertising SDKs and does not use third-party analytics services that track your activity.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Data synchronized with iCloud is processed by Apple to provide the service.
You can delete individual events inside Days. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from that device. Data synchronized through iCloud can be managed through your device’s iCloud settings.
Days is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not operate a server that collects personal information from users.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
