Cheddar does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your photos or camera data.
Cheddar may request access to your camera so you can take photos in the app.
Cheddar may request access to your photo library so you can save captured photos.
Photos remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them through iOS features.
Cheddar may request access to your location so GPS coordinates can be added to photo metadata when you choose to use that feature.
Location information used for photo metadata is handled on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Cheddar may offer in-app purchases through Apple’s StoreKit system.
Purchase processing, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Cheddar may also use Face ID or device authentication only through Apple system prompts to help confirm purchases.
Cheddar may use third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads, in the free version of the app.
These providers may process limited device and app information to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance according to their own privacy policies.
Cheddar may also rely on Apple system services related to purchases, permissions, and app distribution.
Photos, settings, and app data used by Cheddar are stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly uses an Apple or third-party system service.
We do not maintain our own backend that stores your personal photo library or camera captures.
Cheddar is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not operate a server that collects user photo data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
